Euwins Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the euwins online casino platform, accessible at https://euwins.click and all related services ("Platform"). 2.3 Accurate Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. euwins reserves the right to request additional identity verification — such as a copy of your identification card — at any time, particularly during withdrawal processing. Failure to provide accurate information or refusal to complete identity verification may result in account suspension.

2.4 Restricted Regions

3. User Account

3.3 Account Sharing

An euwins account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Sharing your account with any other individual, including family members, is strictly prohibited. Any wager placed through your account is considered your own, regardless of who was actually using the account at the time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow are credited to your euwins account within immediately. Deposits via FPX take 2–5 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 10 minutes, please contact euwins support with proof of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawals

Winnings withdrawals on euwins are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (the "same method withdrawal" principle). Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 5–15 minutes, while withdrawals to FPX bank accounts take 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours.

Euwins reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. The minimum withdrawal is RM30. Any withdrawal attempts that breach the applicable bonus terms will be declined until the rollover requirement has been met.

4.4 User Funds

In any circumstances, euwins' maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total active balance in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Account Closure by User

11.2 Account Closure by euwins

Euwins reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time for the following reasons:

11.3 Effects of Termination

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Should any part of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to remain in full force and effect.
